How quickly can you answer my question?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received. Most inquiries are addressed within 24 hours during business hours.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately at shirtcustomizestore@gmail.com with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to update it, but changes are not guaranteed once your order has been packed or shipped.
How long is the processing period?
Our processing time is typically 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location but are usually 5–8 business days after your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Will my order come in one package?
Depending on the size or quantity of your order, it may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each package.
What happens if an item is out of stock or backordered?
If any item is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email with an estimated restock date. If restocking takes longer than 2 weeks, we’ll issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re very sorry about that. Please email us at shirtcustomizestore@gmail.com with your name, order number, and clear photos of the damage so we can quickly resolve the issue.
What if an item is missing or damaged in my order?
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shirtcustomizestore@gmail.com. We’ll work with you promptly to make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately at shirtcustomizestore@gmail.com with your name and order number. Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
